So here we are in beautiful South County in the middle of summer and the fun doesn't stop. Maybe you were at The Balloon Festival last week end at URI, or you may be limbering up for The Blessing of The Fleet Run on Friday next. This is the start of a weekend of entertainment and activities in Narragansett & surrounds.
Did I mention the amazing beaches, miles of golden sands, beaches where you can surf in Matunuck, soak up the sun in South Kingstown or stroll to local restaurants in Narragansett. There are about six weeks to Labor Day so get down here & get out and enjoy South County in the sun.
This site is designed for the Community of both Denelle Realtors and Southern Rhode Island to share their Real Estate experiences, why they love South County, and general information that would be of interest to all...

DO YOU LIKE TO SOCIALIZE? A REAL ESTATE CAREER MAY FEEL MORE LIKE FUN THAN WORK!
Imagine having a flexible career with $100K earning potential that you can train for and get into in only a matter of months. Real estate agents enjoy these benefits and more. No wonder becoming a real estate agent is such a popular choice with career changers.
Real estate agents help people with buying, selling, or leasing homes, buildings, and land. Residential real estate agents specialize in working with homeowners, while commercial real estate agents deal with office space and buildings.
Agents help their clients set selling prices, make offers, and negotiate terms. Real estate agents are paid a fee which is usually a percentage of the sale price of each transaction. The more transactions the more money!
Real estate agents receive satisfaction from finding the perfect new home for their clients, or helping owners sell a home with little hassle and for a great price. If you love people and are rewarded by helping them, you have discovered a career that will allow you to turn your passion into a real way to make a living.
If you like to socialize, working as a real estate agent may not feel like real "work" to you. Much of the career involves meeting people, chatting, and building relationships. Real estate is not a 9-5 job. You'll have the flexibility to set a work schedule that works for you.
You can become a real estate agent right now. You don't need a college degree to buy and sell real estate, and the training for your license is readily available.
There has never been a better time to become a real estate agent. There is always money to be made in real estate, whether the real estate market is hot, cold, or steady. With rising household incomes, low interest rates, and affluent baby boomers looking for an alternative to the stock market, the real estate market experienced unprecedented growth in the past few years. The market is now shifting to a more balanced one, so people who have been waiting to buy are now ready to reenter the market.
A career with Denelle Realtors involves a supportive atmosphere where Team Work is emphasized and integrity is required.

Bypass the traffic
Just viewed a great home with buyers on Indian lake in South County. Wow is all I can say, what a choice you can drive ten minutes to the great beaches in Narragansett, South Kingstown or go a little further. OR you can walk 5 minutes to your own lake.
With the temperature at 95 by 10am it's the perfect way of avoiding the traffic on I95 to get to South County because you are already here. Ice cream is on me!!
